This list identifies state laws related to condominiums. Each state has specific laws that cover requirements for condominium owners. Many states reference the uniform condominium law, but every state addresses condominiums independently of the uniform code.  

 

As mentioned, some states, like Washington State have two condo Acts, those build before 1990 and those on or after July 1, 1990. It also has a third Act that is called a condominium association act, but is for the planed community housing.
